Rosanna has over a decade of experience in administrative support and the management of large medical clinics. As such, she is familiar with the insurance and medical documents required in personal injury cases. Her past experience with patients in a medical setting also provides her insight and understanding into the needs of our clients who have suffered personal injuries.
She is client focused with excellent communication and customer service skills. She remains task oriented and diligent in fast-paced and demanding work environments.
When she is not at work, Rosanna enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys reading, movies and watching hockey – while cheering for the Leafs!
