Braden Kingdon joined Avanessy Giordano LLP after successfully completing his articles with the firm. His practice is devoted to all areas of Personal Injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, occupier’s liability, product liability, disability benefits, and accident benefit claims.
Braden passionately and zealously advocates for his clients to receive fair compensation for their injuries. He understands the unique position of each of his clients and their rehabilitation needs. Braden guides his clients through the litigation process and values open communication from start to finish.
Braden is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). He is a graduate of the Bond University, Faculty of Law, in Queensland, Australia. While in law school he was the Treasurer of the Canadian Law Students Association and a student advisor for the Bond Commercial Law Clinic. He interned at a Personal Injury law firm and a Commercial Litigation law firm. He graduated with a Specialization in Canadian Law and has returned to Canada to advocate for clients in Ontario.
Prior to law school, Braden received a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and a Bachelor of Business Management from Dalhousie University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In 2015, Braden was selected as Dalhousie’s first Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholar, which provided him with the opportunity to complete an internship at an HIV/AIDS Clinic in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Through this experience Braden developed a passion for helping people from marginalized populations and an understanding of the importance of access to medical treatment for recovery.
In his spare time, Braden enjoys cooking, live music and theatre, spending time at his cottage, and travelling.
